In pics: Winterberg WC 2023

2023 began with three more medals for our GB teams as Matt Weston and both the 2-man and 4-man crews made the podium in Winterberg.

Weston started the New Year with bronze in the men's skeleton as he claimed his third medal in four races following bronze in Whistler and gold in Lake Placid.

Brad Hall and Taylor Lawrence added bronze to their two previous silvers in the 2-man bobsleigh before combining with Arran Gulliver and Greg Cackett to win 4-man silver and take their overall tally to six so far this season.

Marcus Wyatt just missed a medal as he finished a single spot behind Weston, while Freya Tarbit and Tabby Stoecker were seventh and 12th on their World Cup debuts and Craig Thompson marked his return to the top circuit with a top ten finish.
