Performance Pathway Manager vacancy
Do you fancy joining the BBSA team on the path to Pyeongchang? Well, now’s your chance. GB Skeleton are recruiting a World Class Performance Programme Manager and we’re keen to hear from you.
Working as part of the GB Skeleton Senior Management Team and in close alliance with the programme’s world-class coaches and athletes, you will play a key operational role at a vital time for the sport.
You will be tasked with optimizing the talent recruitment of Skeleton athletes and developing and maintaining the platform of support needed for them to progress through the performance programme and ensure GB Skeleton continues to deliver medals at the Olympic Winter Games.
Your responsibilities will include talent recruitment and confirmation; pathway management; and tracking and monitoring, and you will be primarily based in Bath but must be available for some domestic and international travel.
You will have a minimum of five years working in a multi-disciplinary manner within high performance sport and will be educated to degree level within sports management, sports development or sports science and/or elite level coaching.

World Class Performance Programme Pathway Manager (Skeleton)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
Location: University of Bath, with some UK and international travel
Contract type: Full time
